About to complete his second term, Bill is seeking reelection to the legislature to represent Districts 1 and 5 of Union Vale as well as, parts of Wappingers and La Grange. Married with four children and six grandchildren, Bill is a retired English teacher and currently works as a real estate broker. Bill serves on the Public Works and Public Safety Committees in Dutchess county and is a liaison from the Legislature to Dutchess Community College Board of Trustees. Bill opposes any increase in county property tax. He wants to protect clean air and water, consumer , and a secure, verifiable voting ballot. In light of the recent floods, his work to restore the Jackson and Sprout Creek has assumed critical importance.

• Oppose country executive budget that increased county tax by 14.8%
